About Gregory Kearley

Gregory Kearley has enjoyed an illustrious background working as an architect and with real estate developers since 1995. He has received numerous AIA awards for design excellence, most recently, the John ‘Wieb’ Weiberson Award for Architecture in the Public Interest. His keen understanding of the built environment is enhanced by his experience designing and overseeing dozens of single and multifamily residences as well as commercial, hospitality, and institutional projects. Greg established Inscape Studio in 1998. In shaping Inscape Studio, it was not Greg’s intention to create a singular stylistic approach to architecture, but to put into place a framework for a collective design process.

 

In 2010 Greg founded Inscape Publico, a nonprofit architecture firm. The mission of Inscape Publico is to provide affordable professional architecture services to other non-profits so that they can further their missions in the spaces created by Inscape Publico. Greg believes that architecture and well-designed spaces improve the quality of life for those who inhabit them. His valuable insights on real estate through the lens of an architect led him to the brokerage side, where he helps clients envision possibilities and bring them realistically to life.

 

Greg is excited to join the Nya Alemayhu team. Through both architecture and real estate, Greg seeks to collaborate with clients and make a positive impact on the lives of individuals and in the community. Greg provides extreme attention to detail, strong listening skills, and true dedication to every buyer and seller, with a focus on their needs and best interest.

 

Gregory loves cycling, running, and long walks around the city. When not conceptualizing beautiful spaces, Greg can be found fly fishing anywhere from Pennsylvania to Montana.
